Once upon a time, I was the anon that told everyone that the election in 2020 would be stolen and that a certain letter in the alphabet had warned us so. I generally do not make such predictions or declarations. Nonetheless, I do believe I have a very tangible theory as to why Joe Biden has extended E.O. 13848, how Biden will likely use E.O. 13848, and what the outcome may look like regarding the 2024 election. If we even have an election? Well, we will get right to that.
Part 1. EXECUTIVE ORDER 13848 AND THE 2024 ELECTION
What is Executive Order 13848, and why is it so relevant today?1
With this executive order, President Trump issued the following:
"The ability of persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. Although there has been no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcome or vote tabulation in any United States election, foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America's free and open political system. In recent years, the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference, as illustrated in the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment."
Why is this executive order important? Well, I personally have a theory that Resident Joe Biden is going to use this executive order authored under Trump, to effectively halt, steal, or illegally prevent Trump from attaining his rightful, duly-elected position. Arguably, they did this once before under the guise of Covid. Additionally, censorship of a certain article about a laptop before the election? Why else would Biden extend his political adversary’s executive orders…specifically, E.O. 13848? (Side note: I am sure Biden has nefarious intentions for E.O. 13818 as well, but that is a different dig, entirely).
Now, let us consider this:
It is very intriguing that Biden has extended this executive order consecutively in 2021, 2022, and 2023. The “why” is the real question at hand. Is this a sign that Trump is still in power? Is COG or Devolution at play? Is there a team of operators “in the know”, behind the scenes? Although we must consider these scenarios, this could also all be a deep state psy-op. We at America Rising are not sure... we do know a lot happens behind the scenes and I think it is possible some of these factors may be at play. However, I have come up with a completely alternative theory on what may be taking place here.
Several people pointed out the following: the dates with which the E.O. was extended. The theory is not so much about timing, (although it is there, and it is notably interesting) but about highlighting the context of a potential set up. Please note the dates of the consecutive extensions of E.O. 13848:

DNI John Ratcliffe had sounded off warnings of election interference before and after November 8th, 2020, all of which went unheeded (much like the few Senators and House members that challenged the certification of the election on January 6, 2020).2 This included a January 2021 report that highlighted foreign interference in the 2020 election and cited issues with China.3 Certainly, this had nothing to do with compromised machines or foreign entities meddling in our election! Mix this with preliminary findings and investigations preceding the report. For most of us, the evidence of election tampering is all-too familiar by now. John Ratcliffe was also interviewed in December of 2023 about this with Maria Bartaromo. You know those old forgotten stories. I would like to add that COVID easily ties into 2020 election interference, because it wasn't about a virus, it was about an election. This was the China card the deep state played.
Let’s not forget about Gina Haspel. Whether good or bad, what did/does HASPEL know about election interference, since she was head of the CIA? 4 5 It certainly seems she made a rather quick exit stage left. According to Forbes, “Haspel appeared to fall out of favor with Trump last year when she failed to publicly dispute national security and intelligence reports he disliked, and reportedly feared she would be fired in the months leading up to the 2020 election.” If I may inject some heavy sarcasm here: I am sure this failure to dispute reports which Trump did not like had NO validity! Certainly, she wasn’t worried or felt professionally threatened by rumors of Kash Patel replacing her in her position! Especially, since Kash is capable and would have done the job the right way…but I digress.

Part 2. FREE & FAIR, THE MOST SECURE
Now, for context in my theory. Let's first start with a small prediction (not definitive): Biden will extend the E.O. again, likely on 9/7/2024 and just in time for the culmination of the 2024 presidential race.
I believe that Biden plans to use Trump’s own executive order against him.
Let us also bring in a second factor: Russia, Russia, Russia.
Follow as this picture is painted. So, this gives Biden two options. They played the China card in 2020 to their advantage. In this case, the most likely “election boogey man” will be Russia. It makes a lot of sense when you think back to how Russia supposedly “helped” Trump in 2016, according to one Hillary Clinton. Especially when we add in that Vladimir Putin is the big, bad monster to NATO (according to the MSM narrative). They can and will use these optics to their advantage to sway public opinion. It's done to the "normie" population 24/7. Besides the NATO/US proxy war in Ukraine, let us take a look at "seeding a narrative".

In a 2021 article, CNN alludes to remarks made from Biden to the Intelligence Community where he mentions that “he had received fresh intelligence about ‘what Russia’s doing already about the 2022 election and misinformation’ in his daily intelligence briefing.”6 The article further boasts that certain undisclosed sources have confirmed that there are reports about Russia’s efforts “to sow disinformation on social media and weaponize US media outlets for propaganda purposes.”
More recently, an article from October 2023 claims that an anonymous official from the State Department had told Reuters that “Russia was encouraged to intensify its election influence operations by its success in amplifying disinformation about the 2020 U.S. election and the COVID-19 pandemic.”7 The same article reports that a United States intelligence assessment was relayed to over 100 countries about Russia’s efforts to undermine democratic elections on a global scale.
A report alledging interference in 100 countries? Thanks to Obama's recision of the Smith-Mundt Act, this "propoganda" becomes so easy to sell. So, now we have a motive to set the stage for the Democrats to cry election foul (and if you are a conservative, you are not afforded questions, you election denier, you!). With the current geopolitical climate, a claim of foreign interference could be a strategic move. Even recent conflicts in Gaza will play a role in the 2024 elections. The powers-that-be that are puppeteering the Biden administration and Marxo-communist factions we oppose (such as the deep state and respective controllers) all have a vested interest and stand to benefit from a claim of Russian manipulation of the election. (The “ins and outs” of how I think this will be played will be expanded upon in part 3.) Such a claim also gets the average liberal “normie” to scream that our election was stolen via the mockingbird media…see how this works? It is very much a case of “accuse your enemy of exactly what you are doing”. The RINOs will, of course, get behind this rhetoric, and Con Inc. will simply do Con Inc., per usual.
So, could this scenario be what they are planning in 2024? If you’ve been paying attention, you’ve been hearing of late how the Democrats are so worried about “protecting democracy”. The Brennan Center For Justice published an analysis on how to “protect the 2024 election” and a report on preventing “election subversion in 2024 and beyond”. 89 In this Fox News YouTube clip, watch as Hillary Clinton warns that Putin will try to interfere in the 2024 election:
You know it’s a thing when Hillary sounds the Russia alarm. “He’ll do it again,” Clinton warns. MSNBC’s Jen Psaki adds, “[Putin] has indeed interfered in our elections in the past.”10 In a FPRI post, China’s social media influence on elections is downplayed while Russia’s use of social media platforms is touted as “leverage to shape strategic narratives”.11
All of this sets the stage for Biden to cry foul when Trump cleans house and wins in the 2024 election. In theory, after renewing E.O. 13848 on 9/7/2024, Biden would then be able to make the claim of election interference, very arguably via Russia, the likely or usual suspect. China’s pending threat of a Taiwan invasion could be plausible, but more likely I would see Biden accusing Russia of impeding the 2024 election. Why not? The Deep-state assets and mockingbird media have been pushing the Russia boogeyman like it's still the Cold War, and we know they want this newly contrived cold war to go hot & kinetic. What irony it would be to see the same people that cried “the safest election ever”, to now turn sharply to our democratic process being overturned, once again.
I wanted to add a few more sauced facts to the boiling pot here. Does anyone remember Yevgeny Prigozhin, head of PMC Wagner? Well, his disappearance is about to get even more strange. Does anyone remember him admitting to Putin that he “meddled” in the election?

Part 3. THE HOW

“Attacked by a foreign country”…this part really makes you appreciate how President Trump authored his E.O. We will get into that. First, let’s talk about the two sections of United States Code, above. These sections explain the authority given to the President as it pertains to Trump’s Executive Order. We see that the sitting President is granted serious authority in the event of foreign interference. Such interference could be declared an act of war against the United States, if it were found to occur. In theory, Biden could easily use this. All it would require would be the belief that there was Russian interference on a large scale. According to the Executive Order, Biden would be able to launch an investigation. Think this couldn’t happen? I would beg to differ…and the following is how this could look.
Let’s follow this step-by-step. The first thing I see happening is that 48 hours after Election Day (or, at most, 72 hours after), Resident Biden and/or his administration will announce an emergency address to the nation or will put out a statement, via the White House, alleging foreign interference in the election results. My hypothesis is that they will blame Russia. This announcement will immediately halt the election. At this point, the Biden administration will issue a report to hold the election, citing Russian election rigging. This will occur after it’s clear that Trump won in a landslide. The chaos and severe conflict that this will cause will be the likes of which nobody, not even those party to the 2000 Bush v. Gore election, could have fathomed. Next, a furious legal battle will ensue. I believe, at this point, the Supreme Court will have to intervene. This is where our Republic, elections and fate of our nation will hang in the balance. All of it would lay in the decision of this case, should the scenario, or a form of it, play out as described. Worst case, this could result in Biden stealing the election through the courts and destroying what is left of our so-called democracy. The counter side to that, however, would be the Trump team challenging the accusation and asking for the evidence to be produced that proves the interference occurred. There will be a flurry of legal hearing proceedings and all kinds of constitutionalities that will be debated. This would involve a heavy legal process of disproving Biden’s claim of Russian interference, via discovery. The entire country will witness this huge travesty. I believe this may take a few tumultuous months, or so, but the end result would root out Trump as being the rightful winner of the election. The Biden administration will be shamed. In the end, Biden concedes to Trump. What ironic justice this would be. Their attempt to use absolute authority backfires and we watch the fall of the corrupt Biden crime family. Then, we would finally be able to begin the long process of restoring our Republic. Again, all of this is only theory and conjecture. I could be wrong. Yet, based on my research and observations, I see this as being a likely possible move for Biden to attempt (versus another outright steal) and a way to attack the America First, Pro-MAGA movement. Ultimately, through discovery and Biden being overzealous, Trump would secure a victory and a resounding one, at that. It very well may put us on the restorative path, bringing a renaissance of patriotic pride in our great country once again.
One last side note: This “O’Brandon” administration has to be panicking. According to USAToday, even the Obamas are in fear of what another Trump Presidency would look like.12 More reason to believe that “their” path to victory is not safe and would force a fraudulent or stolen election attempt…but they cannot cheat their way out of this.
Part 4. Conclusion:
The scenario is essentially this: Biden uses Trump’s E.O. against him, a court battle ensues in which the evidence presented will backfire and boomerang in discovery, showing Trump the clear winner in 2024…albeit a painful route. To me, this would be a plausible way for the election to be subverted and stolen. It could be packaged and sold to the public through the media. By authoring this, I mean to hopefully spread awareness to the people that need to see it. If I am wrong, it’s a theory…and oh, well, I won’t lose sleep at all. Even though I see this possibly creating a major problem for Trump and his team, I also see it culminating in a well-deserved victory. In essence, I believe that it needs to get to this inflection point in order for our elections to stop being “selections”. This MUST be changed. We must support our local patriots fighting at the local election levels. It all leads up to the top, to the Presidency. Secure our elections. Secure the Republic. I wonder if this is a part of why “it always had to be this way”?
So, will we have an election in 2024? I invite other researchers to look at my theory, to validate or challenge or provide what they can. I guess we are going to find out what the Biden regime and cohorts may pull in an attempt to stop what nothing can:
