CHAPTER 2. METHODOLOGY TO MAINTAINING POWER & THE DOWNFALL
PART 5 Cyber Interference and Social Media Warfare:
S/O to @MikeBenzCyber
After reviewing our work and releasing the first part of this Substack piece, I ran into one of the best interviews I've quite frankly ever had the pleasure to listen to: Tucker Carlson and Mike Benz. This interview literally gets into what I am trying to point out, the "how" of the potential theft of the 2024 election, in great detail. We cannot overlook the establishment of CISA and its role in election infrastructure. CISA allows the federal government to absolutely retain a foothold on our vote. Intelligence agencies, both foreign and domestic, do this here and abroad to control regimes and maintain the status quo of governments. I also have to adjust for the pivot from Biden to Harris on the DNC presidential ticket, which is a whole other conversation in and of itself. In fact, this new development may add even more weight to this theory.
-Tucker Carlson on X: Episode 75, Mike Benz On The National Security State (March 2024)
Let's get right into it. The lawfare. It is not one bit off-base to call out these sham trials as pure election interference, but let's be frank and clear. These “trials” will not stop Trump from running or from winning. In fact, the frivolous and manufactured prosecution of Trump has only bolstered his polls in huge margins. Even if any of these so-called trials result in a conviction (which is laughable and dead on appeal), then it becomes pertinent to stop and ask: What is the Uni-party’s real play here, pre-election, and more importantly, pre-certification of the election? To answer this, we first need to take a moment to look at the knee-jerk legislation that was passed following the events of January 6, 2021. The events I am referencing here do not involve the protesting citizens, Capitol police, or other miscreant actors outside of the official proceedings. No. The “events” were, in fact, the proceedings, themselves. Regardless of what was occurring outside the chambers of Congress, we must realize how close the election results were to actually being challenged. There were legitimate contests from Representatives and they had their claims sponsored by Senators. Without the extenuating circumstances and the stoppage that had occurred, there may have been a real and permissible motion to send some of the slated electoral votes back to the State legislatures. Furthermore, there were legal arguments that then-Vice President Mike Pence had the sole authority to grant such a motion, being the presiding officer. At the very least, there certainly would have been some drawn-out debates and days of delay. Time and opportunity enough for the narrative of a legitimate election (He got 81 million votes, folks!) to come under serious scrutiny. In response, Congress passed legislation that reformed the electoral count process in December of 2022, which levied a higher threshold to challenge elections and changed the Vice President’s role in certification. How well will that work out for them? Well, I'm getting a bit ahead of myself. Let’s first take a closer look at this legislation.
According to NPR, the new legislation was passed in a section of an omnibus spending bill and reformed a law from 1887 that governed how the Electoral College votes are counted. One of the provisions in the reform raised the threshold for an objection to a state’s slate of electors. Instead of just one member from each chamber being able to raise an objection, there now must be a sweeping 20% of the members from each chamber. Another provision of the reform clarifies that the Vice President’s role is ceremonial.1
More key changes were pointed out in an article from Business Insider. An original provision that gave state legislatures authority over the popular vote was removed. Another change allows for several candidates to have access to presidential-transition funding.2
The Vice President’s role is now purely ceremonial…and now it seems we may have an ironic circumstance where the Vice President will announce the results of the Electoral College in an election that she is a candidate in. The idea we believe and as Johnny here at ARMedia has stated is that election interference or the thought of Russian medeling, via machine and or increasing President Trump’s vote count. Which bring us to my theory of using EO 13848 against President Trump, whom authored it.
Now, what is the purpose of the lawfare? To what end? Well, for starters, it hinders Trump’s ability to get out on the campaign trail and speak at his widely popular rallies. The bigger picture, here, also has to be painted and scripted: they have to sell Trump as a criminal if they want people to believe that a crime was committed in the election. In other words, they are seeding a narrative. Non-certification of an election, for a duly elected President voted in by the people. The weapon of choice, disinfomation campaigns.
Let us tie this into the opening Mike Benz clip.
What narrative is being seeded here? The word “disinformation” becomes the new election interference boogeyman. This picture is painted via social media posts and algorithms, so it becomes a believable lie. It is done en masse and then becomes an argued talking point by the mockingbird media. Then the issue morphs into a national security crisis: Russia interfered in the 2024 election, to favor Donald Trump. This would mean that we will not see a Trump election certified…not to mention that this would be considered an attack on critical infrastructure. This would become one of those “unchallengeable facts” that would cause a delayed and challenged certification of Trump’s win, based on Russian election interference. They would say Trump could not possibly have won without Russia’s assistance. It really makes sense if you consider that they stand to lose everything. Hence, Non-Certification.
In a joint statement from DOJ and Homeland Security (Dec 2023):3
“While the government detected some foreign government-affiliated and criminal cyber activity targeting election infrastructure, including activity by suspected People’s Republic of China cyber actors and activity claimed by pro-Russian hacktivists, there is no evidence that this activity prevented voting, changed votes, or disrupted the ability to tally votes or to transmit election results in a timely manner; altered any technical aspect of the voting process; or otherwise compromised the integrity of voter registration information or any ballots cast during the 2022 federal elections.
Additional identified activity involved Russian, Iranian, and Chinese government-affiliated cyber actors scanning and, in some instances, accessing political campaign infrastructure, that is, information and communications technology and systems used by, on behalf of, or closely associated with a political organization, campaign, or candidate. However, there is no evidence that any information obtained through such activity was used in any foreign influence operation or was otherwise deployed, modified, or destroyed.”
I wanted to add in this piece from the joint statement, seeing as how a 2022 CISA report also highlighted election interference, in reference to E.O. 13848.4 Even with (or, especially with) the Democrats’ supplanting Biden with Kamala Harris at the top of the Democrat’s Presidential ticket, the theory of election interference is not taken off the table. This theory is further strengthened since Biden has extended E.O. 13848, once again.
PART 6.
Socio-Political Agendas
Cyberattack Infrastructure & A Declaration of War
There is little difference between a military strike and a cyber strike from a national defense point-of-view. As the old saying goes, any action will elicit a response.
An article from AP News explains the groundwork:5
“The prospect of hostile governments abroad attacking election systems has been a particular concern this year for the agency. Eric Goldstein, CISA’s executive assistant director for cybersecurity, described “a really difficult cybersecurity environment” that includes “extraordinary advances by nation-state adversaries China, Russia, Iran, North Korea.”
CISA was formed in the aftermath of the 2016 election, when Russia sought to interfere with a multipronged effort that included accessing and releasing campaign emails and scanning state voter registration systems for vulnerabilities. Election systems were designated as critical infrastructure, alongside the nation’s banks, dams and nuclear power plants, opening them up to receiving additional support from the federal government.”
Now recall this portion of EO 13848 and apply this to a 2024 scenario. I will elaborate.
1701 (C)when the United States is engaged in armed hostilities or has been attacked by a foreign country or foreign nationals, confiscate any property, subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, of any foreign person, foreign organization, or foreign country that he determines has planned, authorized, aided, or engaged in such hostilities or attacks against the United States; and all right, title, and interest in any property so confiscated shall vest, when, as, and upon the terms directed by the President, in such agency or person as the President may designate from time to time, and upon such terms and conditions as the President may prescribe, such interest or property shall be held, used, administered, liquidated, sold, or otherwise dealt with in the interest of and for the benefit of the United States, and such designated agency or person may perform any and all acts incident to the accomplishment or furtherance of these purposes.

Russian hackers use Microsoft access to steal government emails (Reuters, April 2024)

Then there is this piece from 60 Minutes:
-CBS’ 60 Minutes (April 2024)
The next generation of cyber warfare includes the media, social media, and full-out news propaganda catalyzing its power to be wielded over the public masses to affect desired election outcomes. For the better part of a decade, we have been subject to the aftermath of having the Smith-Mundt Act rescinded.
https://www.westernjournal.com/gen-flynn-new-type-warfare-police-desperately-need-special-training/
I wanted to highlight CISA involvement, how this claim of Russian election interference could play out, and what the recourse for solution would be.
The state-run propaganda creates a perception of choice in our elections. The truth is that the people and elections are under a spider web of control. Ever heard of the Global Engagement Center? Their mission and vision explains it all: “To direct, lead, synchronize, integrate, and coordinate U.S. Federal Government efforts to recognize, understand, expose, and counter foreign state and non-state propaganda and disinformation efforts...” This really sheds light on why the Smith-Mundt Act was rescinded. Propaganda weaponized. You can add in groups like the Atlantic Council6 and The Virality Project, who supposedly counter mis- and dis- information in the name of democracy. These are an alliance of foreign policy establishment and censorship think-tanks, to create protocol and act as assets for information suppression7. Natural language processing, online mapping and, of course, fact-checking, are all tools of this trade. By design, they are meant to control the narrative in the way they see fit. Elections are no different. Another program aforementioned by Mike Benz is the Minerva Research Initiative:8
Minerva Expansion Award, DoD Office of Naval Research, (Amount: $1,299,768)
Title: Monitoring the Content and Measuring the Effectiveness of Russian Disinformation and Propaganda Campaigns in Selected Former Soviet Union States.
Don’t believe it? Read it and weep:
DO. YOU. See it…yet?
Under CISA, powers of the CIA & FBI were combined to gain the ability to operate on domestic soil, all done under the guise of cyber security (hence, CISA). Initially, this was advanced due to claims that Russia hacked the 2016 election to help Trump. Even from the days of the Obama Administration (2008-2014), along with the mockingbird media, Russia has been made out to be the boogeyman (and even that narrative goes back preceding the Cold War). This goes into my theory for 2024. DHS has mandated that elections be included as part of our cyber infrastructure.9 So, not only would “machine hacks” be considered an attack on critical infrastructure, but even social media posts could be considered cyber warfare, as well. This is classic narrative-seeding or, problem-reaction-solution. Enter your Hegelian dialectic. As Tucker asked Mike Benz, “Essentially what you are saying is, posting on social media regarding election integrity could be considered the same as an attack on the power grid?”…see the connecting pattern here? Its a two-pronged approach to subvert both the election and the voter/private citizen. This is not even an illusion of freedom. This is pure subversion of a republic under the guise of security and in the name of democracy. This is all about delegitimizing elections. After screaming that 2020 was the most safe and secure election in history, this is beyond the pale. Narrative control with an iron communist fist. These people are the same that censored Trump and election tweets.
-Tucker Carlson on X: Episode 75, Mike Benz On The National Security State (March 2024)
Alongside the propaganda espoused by the mockingbird media, a heavy dose of censorship is also deployed. DARPA has developed multiple weapons of censorship. They write code based on our language and based on narratives10 (see: The Virality Project) and use AI bots to create mass censorship. They enter the language of censorship into AI learning machines which then suppresses social media accounts that post information that is counter to their chosen narrative. This was used in 2020 with social media posts that warned of the vulnerability of using mail-in ballots. Thank you, DOD and Pentagon. A firm boot on the neck is also used…social media companies are threatened with fines that affect them worldwide. Think of it: A censored election via domestic disinformation switchboard. In 2020, the censorship focused on anything that undermined public confidence (drop boxes, ballot machine tabulation...). This time around, they will be creating a crisis narrative of our election infrastructure being hacked, with possible international consequences. The ones that shrieked “election denier!” at anyone that challenged the 2020 results will now switch stances and they, themselves, become the “election deniers”. This will be a modern-day, 5GW color revolution, in which the Deep State will hold onto control…even if it means destroying themselves and everything in the system during the process. My response: Allow them to do so.
Part 7.
Coup d'état At Home
Overthrowing A Presidency in our own country
Could this even happen? Well, if our agency instruments can topple regimes in foreign countries, we could very well see the same techniques practiced here. If you do not believe me, that's okay: look no further than Obama swapping out Biden for Harris like a vehicle trade.
Cyber warfare (or the appearance of one) would be taking it even further. A cyber strike on our election systems would be considered no different than a military strike from an foreign adversary. Cyber attacks, along with Russian election interference, continue to keep popping up more and more in the headlines. For example: CISA Hit by Hackers, Key Systems Taken Offline (Security Intelligence, March 2024). Of course, the source of these attacks were never identified. They almost never are.
The Ivanti system is supposed to provide gateway security in our infrastructure. Back in August 2023, a CISA alert stated that a vulnerability discovered in Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile allows unauthenticated access to specific API paths. This enables attackers to access personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, phone numbers and other mobile device details of users on a vulnerable system. Hackers also have the ability to execute configuration changes, such as installing software and modifying security profiles on registered devices. So, what about these ‘safe and secure’ tabulation machines? It also begs the question: if CISA is aware that their infrastructure is compromised, why would they be running it anyway? Combine a cyber “attack” with a dishonest media, and add in a deep state with an “America Last” agenda, and presto! The United States is ushered into Communism. This narrative becomes so easy to sell; the groundwork has already been laid. The election was hacked by Russia. Think they won't pull this out of the playbook? I'd beg to differ. This path creates a type of “Bush vs. Gore” election results scenario, albeit on steroids.

Plus…Here’s something to note that just recently popped up:
DHS Cyber Security Conference To Be Held In Atlanta Day After Election (The Georgia Record, October 2024)
I think the joint session to certify electors is where they will make there move, when they will claim foreign interference in the election via cyber attack from Russia. Now, if I am correct (and I would like to believe that I am, for this countries sake), the court cases that will ensue regarding non-certification of a Trump win will be lawfare of a caliber never before seen in our history. My thoughts are that Trump would not leave himself exposed with his own executive order. It is highly likely that this has been set as a bear trap to ensnare the Deep State faction that has plagued this country for far too long. The courts will require discovery and tangible proof that Russia is guilty of hacking our elections. I personally believe that there will be no proof of this, nor will they be able to manufacture evidence to corroborate a stolen election. Kamala will be forced to sign off on the certification of a Trump win, and her own defeat. The illegitimate use of E.O.13848 will not have the proof behind it of said election interference. This failed attempt could also restore paper ballots and a proper election system. Thankfully, Seth Keshel sees this in a simlar fashion. I can only hope and pray that Trump’s legal team is ahead of the game. From what we have observed of President Donald J. Trump, he is ready.
This election will shape our Republic for centuries to come in either a positive or negative direction. I can only pray it is positive, God willing. I do believe that we will love how this movie ends.
